QIS4

This page provides details of the fourth quantitative impact study conducted by CEIOPS. Building on the previous impact studies QIS4 will focus on the comparability of results produced by the SCR standard formula and those derived from both full and internal models, as well as a further examination of group issues.  It will also look at the design and calibration of the MCR formula.

QIS4 Draft Call for Advice from CEIOPS

CEIOPS published its draft call for advice in December 2007, and can be found here. The call for advice specifies that QIS 4 should be run between April and July 2008 and a report on the results is to be published in November.

The technical specification on which QIS4 shall be based can be found here. CEIOPS have published 2 background documents related to this technical specification. One document gives an overview of the differences in calibration of the SCR rick module between QIS3 and QIS4 and can be found here.
